HOW TO:
Hi, I'm Barb.

This is an exciting time in athletic recruiting. Right now, with the proactive use of social media and a solid communications plan, you have the same exact chance to get on the radar of college coaches as any other athlete.

Evaluating potential athletes through digital channels is the new norm for coaches.

In 2019, 84% of college coaches used social media in their recruiting.
In 2020, it's closer to 100%.

This recent development is awesome news!

I am a communications expert, a former DI athlete, and my business partner (aka my hubby, Tim!) has been in DI athletics for 25 years. We walk the walk and we're here to talk the talk!

We recognized a reality check is needed in the way to navigate the recruiting process. And it's all about communication from sending an email, a social media post, a zoom call, filling out a form to eventually meeting a coach in person. It's even more important now, in our post-covid world.

No one looks at recruiting this way.  So I decided to create a program for athletes and parents where the framework is focused on communication. This framework has been developed from three different viewpoints:

Exclusive Seven-Step System, RADAR to ROSTER!

You bring the list of College Coaches. We do the work!

this program has only 25 seats open! CLICK to LEARN MORE!

The framework for RADAR to ROSTER has been developed over the past 2 years
using the lessons I’ve learned from:
  • My business partner (aka my hubby, Tim) who has spent the last 25 years in Division I college athletics.
  • Coaching and consulting dozens of high level business owners and brands on marketing and communications strategies.
  • Teaching hundreds of athletes how to market themselves and navigate the recruiting process.
  • As a BONUS, I'll share the game plan we followed that saved us an ADDITIONAL $7,000/year for our daughter's tuition.
